Architects, Hassell Studios has designed 60 Martin Place to exceed the future needs and expectations of tenants, supporting Investa’s central vision for the building. The design includes an engaging area for the public, creating an inviting shared civic space.
The design incorporates connected workspaces with views and a leafy roof gardens mean those who work at 60 Martin Place can informally connect with other people in the building.
The design aims to deliver a 6 Star Green Star/5 Star NABERS outcome for Investa and Gwynvill. The initiatives to achieve these outcomes include a high performance building envelope, a partially self-shading north façade and ‘end-of-trip’ facilities to support cyclists, joggers and walkers working in the building.
60 Martin Place will include generous green spaces, which is good for tenants, their employees and the wider public. The lower floors of 60 Martin Place will house cafes, restaurants and event spaces to be enjoyed by tenants and the public alike.
Working in partnership with Lend Lease, John R Keith will deliver the Hydraulic components of 60 Martin Place.
